Excellent staff! Their standards & rapport are top-notch. Never feel like a bother when needing help or asking questions. Attentive and friendly. The building is new and beautiful. Well-maintained between the cleaning team and facilities team. Other residents have been welcoming and respectful of community spaces. Amenities: package room is organized and easy for us to access. The coffee is amazing! Deliveries have a designated spot, making drop-offs easy. Because the apartments are so new,... occasionally have to direct delivery drivers (the driving apps don't always put them in the right spot). But not a huge issue. Overall, it has been a great experience; and, it's wonderful to come to a place where you still feel welcomed and valued AFTER the lease is signed :)
