The place is very well kept in. It’s a friendly family environment. Everything is amazing and well kept keep up the good work. I like the water area that they have put out there as well in extended the visitor parking and how friendly it is to live there.

My experience has been great up until multiple disturbances and safety concerns. However I believe the property staff will work on correcting the issue. I love my apartment and my rental rate. Thanks!

Addison Row is a nice gated secured affordable luxury apartment complex. Great perk's and amenities. Excellent professional leasing staff and concierge that respond to your calls or emails through the easy portal . Experienced maintenance technician crew with quick service when needed. Reliable prompt professional delivery service. Quick access to public transportation as well as the highway. Quite friendly neighbors. Loving Liking digging the decision to become a resident !

Community has really gone downhill. Cleanliness in residents is lacking. Increased car break ins and theft. No parking near your actual residence. Providing additional parking on the complete other side of the property is insane.
