Bad experience all around. I do not recommend to others and have spoken to multiple people who have recently moved out due to similar issues I am having. Megan and Cameron are good though.

All of the staff so far are very helpful, and the Concierge is so knowledgeable about the property.

I’ve lived in three different apartment buildings in DC, and my experience at Annex on 12th has been the best so far. I’ve been here for eight months, and from day one, the staff has been consistently super friendly, professional, and accommodating.

I especially want to give kudos to Megan from the leasing team. She's an icon and has been my point of contact since day one, walking me through every step of the process and answering all of my questions, making the leasing process super easy....

The building itself feels very secure, which was important to me when choosing a home. It’s also impressively quiet. I’ve had little to no issues in my unit, and any minor service requests have been addressed quickly by the maintenance team.

The amenities are exactly what I was looking for and are well-maintained. The location has also been perfect for my needs. It's close to both a metro station and a bus stop, making it super easy and convenient to get around the city.

The amenities here are truly unbeatable, and the staff is absolutely amazing. What really sets Annex apart is that real people answer the phones, no frustrating AI wall, just caring, attentive staff who genuinely want to help. It makes such a difference!
