Moving into Annex on the 12th has been such a positive experience. Everyone has been incredibly kind and made the entire process feel easy and seamless from start to finish. The building itself is recently renovated, so everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated. Truly grateful for how smooth the transition has been!

Although I have lived at Annex on 12th for less than a month, it has been a wonderful experience. I am glad I took the suggestion of a friend, and I decided to lease here.

Annex on 12th, is very impressive from the start and definitely separates itself from the other apartments building in DC. I just about toured every apartment in DC and there were 4 major categories that separated Annex on 12th from the rest. 1) The leasing team, you won’t find a better leasing team in DC, I had the pleasure of working with Megan whom by hands down was the best leasing agent I’ve had the experience to work with in the 5 years I’ve lived in DC. She was incredibly responsive and... accommodating and was a great reflection of what the apartment has to offer their tenants as far s customer service goes. 2) Annex on 12th is incredibly well kept and the staff is highly professional, adding to the sense of staying at home or boutique apartment which many tenants enjoy. 3) the amenities and shared space are hard to beat, personally myself the gym and any amenities relating to space where I can host groups is incredibly important and Annex is definitely top of the line. 4) Annex probably offers the best concessions in DC at the moment so strike while the iron is hot because it won’t always be there. Lastly one last shoutout for Megan whom truly made my move in experience a walk in the park and went out of her way to accommodate. Read More
