I’ve lived at Exo for the past 4 years, and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill significantly.
The first two years were great — management was responsive, accommodating, and quick to address issues. I genuinely enjoyed living here during that time and felt the building was well-run.
However, the past year has been extremely frustrating. Before I moved in, my bedroom window was already damaged, and management promised during contract signing that it would be fixed within the first few... months. It has now been almost a year, and the window has still not been repaired. Because of this, I can barely see outside or open my curtains since it looks terrible. After following up countless times, I was eventually told that it may never get fixed, which is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.
In addition, the elevators are constantly having issues. There have been multiple times when the entire building is forced to use just one elevator, causing 5–10 minute wait times just to go up or down. Repairs take months, which is unreasonable for a building of this size.
Overall, the lack of follow-through, poor maintenance response, and declining management standards have made living here very disappointing. Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend this building to anyone. This has impacted my comfort and daily routine.

Ruined my daughter’s credit history
Unbelievable, exo sent a $300 dollar bill to collection and ruined my daughter’s credit history. We never received any bill from exo, no mail, no email, no phone call. My daughter moved out with $0 on the balance in her tenant account. They added the amount after closing her tenant account and not notifying us! We only found out thr bill recently because of the credit report.
This is my daughter’s first apartment out of college. It was over priced and now we had to figure out how to deal with... the debt collector because she might not even get another apartment because of this. This is unacceptable behavior! Don't let your kids live in this place! Avoid it at all cost!

Not worth the money
The apartments are ridiculously expensive and the building isn't kept up well at all. Management just can't be bothered half the time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't let the fancy lobby fool you.
