Worst things

Doors are not sound proof, you hear everything inside others apts and outside yours. Leasing is rude and unorganized. Overcharge expecting you not to find out.

Rachel was amazing throughout the whole process of finding a place — super responsive, kind, and really made me feel confident in choosing this apartment, even without seeing it in person. That kind of support honestly made all the difference.
After moving in, I did run into an issue with a strong mold smell coming from the mechanical room, which was disappointing and something I wish had been addressed before my arrival.
To their credit, the management team has been very responsive and willing...
to help. While the issue hasn’t been fully resolved yet, I appreciate their continued effort and I’m hopeful it’ll be taken care of soon.

Getting a call from Ali from the office to make sure the repair window was extremely helpful. Alan was able to make the quick repair in a timelyj manner being in an out. That same week I saw Alan tending to the outdoor facilities to make sure the sprinklers were fully functional by removing freshly laid grass blocking it.
