Amazing Staff and Managment

I have been a resident at The Ian Apartments for now, five years, under two different management teams, and I can confidently say that the current management is truly exceptional.

Having lived in several different apartment communities over the years, I don’t say this lightly — this is the best management team, office staff, and maintenance crew I have ever experienced. The positive change since the new team took over has been remarkable. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care...
for residents are evident in everything they do.

I especially want to recognize Sage, Oscar, Jose, and the Maintenance Manager. Each of them consistently goes above and beyond. Sage isalways welcoming, helpful, and solution-oriented in the office — you can tell she truly cares about the residents and the community. Oscar, Jose, and the Maintenance Manager have been outstanding — responsive, thorough, and incredibly hardworking. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with care, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed.

The way the grounds are maintained is truly above and beyond. The property is consistently clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully cared for. It’s clear that this team takes pride in creating a community that feels safe, beautiful, and welcoming.

What stands out most is how hard they’ve worked to improve and elevate the experience from the previous management. It is so clear they are working for the residents. Their kindness, dedication, and commitment to doing things the right way have made such a difference in my daily life here.

I am incredibly grateful for this team and for the positive changes they’ve brought to The Ian. It feels good to live in a place where you feel valued and supported.

I haven’t had a change to attend any of the community events, but it is nice to see how engaging management is in the community. I’ve visited apts and seen reviews about issues with parking, peoples property getting stolen, issues with package retrieval etc. I haven’t had any issues with either since living here. Makes me feel like I’m not only getting my moneys worth but also provides a peace of mind. I also appreciate how responsive maintenance is and how clean and well kept the community is.

Worst things

Doors are not sound proof, you hear everything inside others apts and outside yours. Leasing is rude and unorganized. Overcharge expecting you not to find out.
