I love living at Urba. Such a well maintained community with responsive management. Love the location near everything so rarely use my car on weekends. It has the small community feel so you know the people you see regularly or meet new ones at their monthly social events. Already in my third year as a resident!

Kind people. Great location, and the set up for moving is easy. But they did has missing information about my profile, parking and paperwork.

I have lived at UrbA since it first opened three years ago, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The level of service here is exceptional—every request or inquiry is handled with immediate and professional care. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance and cleaning teams, everyone works together to create a wonderful living environment. It is a fantastic community that I truly enjoy being a part of!

As a new tenant, I am really excited to join UrbA's community. My tour was a great example of the welcoming and positive environment both tenants and staff create. Tenants would help me navigate the building and point me in the right direction to find the leasing office. They had nothing but positive experiences. The move-in process thus far has been made really easy and the staff has been incredibly accomodating and patient as we toured four different units at my request. Looking forward to moving in!
