Nice place to live! Parking is always a bit of a struggle esp if you’re coming home late but otherwise, no other complaints. No loud noises, clean amenities, nice apartments.

Parking situation is a mess. Actual apartments are very nice. Pool should be open past Labor Day on weekends through October. Dishwasher doesn’t dry all items fully.

Alexan Fitzroy is the perfect apartment community! The apartments are new and decked out with the most wonderful appliances and built-in storage. The common spaces are clean, well-managed, and populated by respectful tenants. The community is safe, welcoming, and absolutely gorgeous! The Fitzroy is in the perfect location--under a ten minute walk from three grocery stores, a five minute walk to the metro and bus stations, and right at the mouth of Clarendon's main shopping and dining areas. Our... commute to downtown DC takes 20 minutes, including the walk to and from the train station! My partner and I absolutely love this community.
