Losing the grocery store is a big loss, pool area isn't as clean, the upstairs patio is always dirty and the loading dock is always full with trash and smells horrible.

Centro Arlington really has everything you could need. The building is always spotless, the space is modern, and there’s super convenient on-site parking and shops. The building has great amenities like study spaces, bike storage, Tide dry cleaning, a full gym, and a beautiful pool. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, and has a great community vibe, Centro Arlington is the place to call home.

Centro has changed a lot over the past few years, but it still is a safe and relatively clean building on Colombia Pike. Some of the newer residents have reduced the overall friendly atmosphere, but overall it is a good place for the price.
