Elevators break down every six months. It’s been broken for two weeks with zero updates. The maintenance staff is very responsive to work tickets but the leasing office is terrible at communicating with residents.

Platform is a wonderful marriage of the beauty of Old Town's historic district and the convenience of community living.

A wonderfully smooth move-in process with Platform. I was able to do in an afternoon what usually takes a whole day when moving to a new building. My apartment was cleaned thoroughly and I had no issues coordinating with the leasing office.

Starting my third year as a resident here, I’m still so thrilled with my unit but getting increasingly disappointed with the community. My concerns of late are:
- access to amenities, the pool hours are very limiting. Considering the state only allows pools to be open Mem day-labor day, the hours should be extended.
- the garage door between buildings 3 and 4 is broken more often than not.
- there needs to be more mirrors for safety in the garage. While you can’t control peoples driving, at... least those of us who want to be safe, have the chance
- The package room is a disaster a majority of the week
- the main pool needs more umbrellas, and the ones that are there are broken.
All in all, you get a beautiful apartment here at platform and the neighbors are generally fine. But it’s frustrating paying such a high premium when many issues aren’t addressed. Read More
