Overall great community to live in. The leasing office is bad at communicating with residents. The maintenance staff is great. I have lived in Platform for 3 years and just renewed for another year. The rent was increased along with monthly parking fees which was annoying. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling this winter from ice accumulating and melting on the roof. It was an eye sore for several months but it was eventually fixed and drywall repaired.

We love living here and the community is so dog friendly! All of the staff know the dogs by name and or pups favorite part of their day is their evening treat from the desk :)

While I love my apartment, I am frustrated by the poor etiquette of the community members. Trash not placed into the chute, trash/smell of cigarettes in the elevators, driving through the parking lot like they are in Nascar (kids live here!), slamming weights at the gym. It is disheartening knowing how much I pay for my place. I'm worried to see how much people ruin the pool this summer. I would like to see more repercussions for community members blatantly disregarding community guidelines or... social etiquette.
