Management doesnt seem to care for Del Ray Central that much. Needs updates in the hall included painting. It is about 3 years old needs a reason to charge more rent

I've had a great experience living at Del Ray Central since moving in. The leasing office team is wonderful—always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Don’t like that I have to help assist paying an electric bill, on top of my own, not my responsibility. All these fees add up. Not family friendly, nothing for my children to do, no pool or playgrounds. On a more positive note, maintenance has never been a real issue to me. Staff is always friendly. Building is quiet. Apartment is small, but it’s still nice.

I generally love living here, but I have never experienced so many issues with fire alarms going off. They’re frequently being tested and have been accidentally triggered more than once. It’s quite frustrating how often it’s occurring, but honestly, other than that, it really is a good place to live.

Management is constantly unresponsive to major safety issues at the property
