Don’t like that I have to help assist paying an electric bill, on top of my own, not my responsibility. All these fees add up. Not family friendly, nothing for my children to do, no pool or playgrounds. On a more positive note, maintenance has never been a real issue to me. Staff is always friendly. Building is quiet. Apartment is small, but it’s still nice.

I generally love living here, but I have never experienced so many issues with fire alarms going off. They’re frequently being tested and have been accidentally triggered more than once. It’s quite frustrating how often it’s occurring, but honestly, other than that, it really is a good place to live.

Management is constantly unresponsive to major safety issues at the property

Good community amenities. Have had multiple occasions involving noisy neighbors and told management with none or little response. Limited follow up.

We've lived at Del Ray Central for several years, and when we first moved in, it was a wonderful place to call home.

Unfortunately, since the change in ownership the quality of living here has declined.

The elevator is frequently out of service, slow to be repaired, and unreliable for daily use. For residents on higher floors or those with mobility needs, this is more than just an inconvenience.

Maintenance of the public and common areas used to be clean and well-kept, but now they often are... neglected. Simple upkeep like fresh paint in the halls, clean carpet, clean garage, have fallen off the priority list.
