Array at West Alex is an excellent place to rent. The property is clean, secure, and friendly to residents. The concierges, Mia and Jose, handle any issues with dispatch. Also, I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and carefulness of the maintenance team.

The property is clean and luxurious with an awesome gym and outdoor spaces. The Concierge staff are very helpful and friendly. The Maintenance Team is efficient and courteous, and Community Manager Jasmine Beltran is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made my tour special and provided lots of information which resulted in my decision to lease. I love my beautiful apartment and plan to reside at Array at West Alex for many years to come.

The new management company at Array, Greystar, replaced the previous excellent management company and to be honest, I was skeptical at first. After a few months of transition issues, Greystar has proved to be equally as good. The new people are friendly and work very hard to maintain this first class property.

I love where I live! The Array West Alex is luxurious, clean, fresh, beautifully located, has abundant amenities, a helpful and friendly management team, a caring concierge staff. It’s just beautiful and when I walk in the front door, it smells so good. I feel like I live in a 5-star hotel! The 27/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate beverages in the lobby are such a nice touch! Great Gym! The fountains in the courtyard are so pretty along with the flowers, plants, etc - Very Peaceful out there. ... Great grills are there, too! The Array West Alex is luxurious living at its finest!

Array at West Alex is a very friendly and clean community. The staff are always welcoming and I haven’t had any issues with mail/receiving packages. It’s been a good experience living here.
