Staff is very nice and helpful, apartments very clean and modern looking super cozy. Was offered beverages after apartment tour, went home and singed my lease same night.

Dirty stairs and halls
Parking spaces are narrow
No covered parking
Over priced
Pay for services that never happen
Cars speed no signs showing a limit
Pet park is filthy
Portal payment software is confusing
Cheap appliances
Poor security lighting in parking area
We moved in in 2024 the management of the prgoperty has slowly degraded. Not as nice as it was when we moved in.
