Living at The Chloe has been such a refreshing experience. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The property is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere gives off an elevated, resort-style vibe without sacrificing comfort. The team has been helpful and responsive, which makes the transition and day-to-day living smooth. I’m genuinely happy with my decision to call The Chloe home.

The Chloe is such a beautiful apartment complex, everything feels modern, well-kept, and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, the grounds are always clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It truly feels like home!

Chloe staff is polite and engaging. Property is well maintained and safe. Great location. A little pricey once fees are added up. Tight spaces and streets make parking difficult. There's enough spaces but you need to look for them after work hours. T Mobile cell service sucks in this area for some reason. Expect 0-2 bars max.
