Looks can be deceiving

I moved here from a sister property and regretted every minute until I left. The apartment was not clean, the microwave had rust inside and upon arrival the office and maintenance staff were inside pretending to clean the apartment. One of my bathrooms was purposely flooding by the upstairs neighbor and maintenance did not respond. After finally responding, the repairs were subpar. One contractor put a hole in the tub. The bathroom had mold damage which no one cared to address. You can hear... every noise from the apartment above you as well as the road noise was non-stop. The office staff was not helpful, especially if you complained. I would not recommend Onyx183 to anyone.

STAY AWAY - TOO MANY PROBLEMS HERE

I have had it with this apartment. There are way too many issues here. Things keep getting broken, there are no fixes, they don't get back to you. Between water/plumbing issues, smoke detector issues, bathroom issues, I have had to FIND ALTERNATE HOUSING (because due to the issues, I am not able to LIVE IN MY OWN APARTMENT) at least 5 times now, and I have lived here less than a year! RIDICULOUS. I suspect there is also mold in the bathroom and I've reported this to them for over 4 months now,... and NO CORRECTION. So I've had HEALTH ISSUES living here.

The units are nice, but other than that, it is absolutely not worth the headache, stress, and health issues from living in this apartment complex.
