Quality still high and generally pretty quiet. I don’t believe a single person has died here making it one of the least haunted apartment complexes around which is always a plus. Tracelyn worked with me on my renewal process and was very helpful. She’s really helped turn these apartments into, dare I say, aparthomes. If management takes my ideas into consideration, maybe we can even have an apartfarm.

Apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious. It’s literally brand new. Yes it’s pricey but for Georgetown is pretty affordable and you get your moneys worth.

Clubhouse is 24/7 and very nice! Pool is awesome too.

Office staff was phenomenal as well. Sherwin went above and beyond to help us out, waited for us AFTER business hours to help us. He was kind, accommodating, thorough, and just good vibes. You don’t see this often for apartment leasing office. He is an exception.

Being one of the first residents to move here I loved seeing the community grow over the last few months. The office staff and maintenance team are always super nice and helpful all the time! I love how open and peaceful the property is all the time!

New apartment complex, it’s quiet pretty much all the time for people who work from home. Seems decently efficient and I personally have not heard my neighbors except for a handful of times.

That staff has been beyond helpful and I appreciate them after having dealt with other complexes. They also host a wine event every month, a whiskey tasting once in awhile, and plenty of holiday events.

They have a pretty solid setup out here but it is away from most things. You do have an heb about 8... minutes away and easy access to highways going to Waco, Killeen, and Austin.
