It’s quiet for the most part but needs improvements. The stairwells need pressure washing. I have a lot of wasp nest on my balcony that pest control informed me they will pressure wash them down and it has never happened.

Decent complex, a lot of communication issues with leasing staff. They changed our unit due to damage, but the unit we moved into was also damaged. maintenance is very nice, but will mark things as complete when it hasn’t even been looked at.
