At first it was nice to live here and now it getting way to expensive and assistant in office the guy is way to rude and they don’t care about people going throw a hard time and they just want you out of apart just cuz your low on funds n you tell them u have bills to pay too they don’t care at all….

Many things are positive. There are times when communication from the office concerning the scheduling and timeline of repair could be better communicated. Currently I have a repair in my living room I’ve been waiting a month to be completed

The people are excellent Trey and Michael are just wonderful people but the building that I'm in is a whole freaking mess if I didn't know it was going to be like that I never would have moved into that building and I haven't even moved my body in yet I've got stuff in there but there has been so many problems that I haven't moved myself in yet I'm still at my daughter's house

My move was okay for the most part. So far everyone has been nice. I just don’t like the way they have the packages dones. The packages are put in a room anyone has access to and some of the carriers just leave it on the ground by the mailbox area.

The apartment is wonderful and the staff is super helpful! The set up is perfect for my needs. I have had minor maintenance issues that the apartment is actively working to fix, but that is the reason for 4 stars
