The application and moving process was easy thanks to the front office team. Maintenance is very responsive. Be prepared for loose dogs around the complex though.

Very easy move-in, staff team are all very helpful and clear. Everything gets done on time and the complex is very quiet. Nice gym and pool. Apartment appearance was very clean and when I came across a sugar ant issue, it was resolved quick. Be aware that there are spiders, hornets, wasps and scorpions in the area. I’m not from the area so I was unaware of the spiders and scorpions primarily. I have lived here for a month and have not been bitten/stung by anything. However, not a fan of any of... that stuff so I constantly watch my surroundings (mainly at night, scorpions are fast). To add, I have an immense fear of spiders so I am constantly on edge walking to my apartment.

Sendero Trace is great. I love the sizes of the apartments, very space with amazing finishings. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with great amenities and easy access to main roads. Its been great living here. I have no complaints whatsoever and I love the coffee bar.
