I love this area, it’s so close to grocery stores and restaurants. I also love the pool and the gym. I also find the Dillo store to be super convenient.

The right gate sometimes doesn’t work. The pool is sometimes closed. My garbage sometimes doesn’t get picked up. I’ve gone through 4 days without it getting picked up. My internet goes out daily sometimes 2-3 times a day.

Great place so far! Staff is very helpful, apartment is just what I needed, and the move-in process was streamlined very well! Thankful for the professionalism of Carlos and the staff!

They worked with me and helped me get in, I appreciate their help. So far everything is good and I can’t complain. I hope they stay willing to work with the residents.

Hi! I’ve been here for about 3 months now,
So far I have only a few “complaints”. But to start, we love it overall! It’s pretty much quiet alll the time, can’t complain about any noises. It’s peaceful and it’s pretty clean for the most part. Love the pools, the gym, and the on-site convenience store. The only thing I can say bothered me, when we first moved in, our apartment was pretty dirty, our washer was really gross full of questionable substances/ lots of dust, the dryer was really bad, the... dryer trap was the fullest Ive ever seen a dryer trap and the whole dryer was full of lint/dust, between the walls and the washer and dryer was filled completely with dirty clothes and mysterious bags from the previous renters. The garbage disposal was broken and The dishwasher was also really gross, opened it and it smelled awful. We also got almost all of our pantry food infested with ants the first week of moving here ??. Everything else has been okay! We haven’t had many other issues. Read More
