Laurel canyon is seriously amazing! I've had a few minor things come up, and their maintenance team is unbelievably fast. They always show up quickly and get everything fixed without any hassle. It's such a relief to know that if anything goes wrong, it'll be taken care of right away. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service here!

Amazing community, great amenities and customer service is top!I highly reccomend this apartments . They are safe as they are gated. When looking for an option for my family they made me feel welcome and the area is surrounded by a beautiful trail but also several businesses.

It was a nice place to live here, quiet, chill, up until cops started showing up a lot more often when we renewed our lease the second time. Idk what it is but complexes need to do thorough background checks bc it’s the same building where cops are coming and makes me not feel safe about my neighbors and the amount of homeless people that are in and out. ESPECIALLY in the gym! I’ve had multiple Occurrence’s where homeless people just waltz in there and security takes forever to get there. I live... in the very back and there’s a spot where there is nothing of light and also have found homeless people lingering by the tables and don’t feel safe when walking my dog. The pool is nice and having the Dillo convenient store is nice, but the homeless people and cops is just a huge problem.

I love it here, it's quiet and the people are nice. Front office is very professional and very welcoming! I recommend anyone to stay here! I have renewed my lease and I love the fact that we live right by culebra creek park.

I have lived here for 2 years now, and I have no bad comments about it. The location is great, the community is quiet and friendly. The staff is nice and accommodating. If I would have to change something it would be the temperature of the pool during the summer months just because the pool stays warm, other than that, no notes.
