The application process is definitely a little more challenging than it should be. Communication could definitely be a lot better during this time. Once you have the opportunity to speak to the leasing staff their friendly. But, It is very difficult to get in touch with someone unless you go there in person.

The move in process was easy due to the help I received from my leasing agent Carlos. My apartment was ready at my move-in date. There is a brand new convenient store in the complex. There is a variety of places to eat and shop nearby.

Since I have moved here, everyone in the office is very helpful in a good attitude and they say hi to you when they see you out and about on the property. My location it’s just perfect. I get the right amount of sun and the right amount of shade. I love it here.

I have enjoyed my long stay at Laurel Canyon. The leasing office personnel are responsive and helpful. Albert and Abraham do an excellent job with maintenance. For the most part, I feel the community is safe, despite the fact that my car was seriously vandalized twice. It would be nice to have more of a security presence.
