I like the place, but I've submitted six maintenance requests and have had no response whatsoever for any of them. The front desk has told me several times that me someone will be with me next week, but No one has contacted me

So far it has exceeded my expectations. From moving to a bad experience from my old apartment that had hidden fees left and right to this one, it’s been great. Makes me excited to see where it takes me and my partner in our new home.

Honest Review. My wife and I love it here. It’s so nice, quiet, clean, and well kept for San Antonio. Amenities like the pools and ACTUAL gym with real equipment are some of the stand outs here as well. Along with a shop they added if you don’t feel like traveling far if at all for a late night snack. Also friendliest leasing office staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with ever since moving out to this part of Texas. And the views and natural lighting from our updated 3rd floor two... bedroom is beautiful every evening sunset. Wish I could post a picture of it here. I've lived here for a while now and it's generally been a really positive experience. The community is nice, and the amenities are usually well-maintained. However, recently I've noticed a dip in the responsiveness of the maintenance team. It's becoming a bit frustrating to get issues resolved in a timely manner. I hope they can get back on track with their usual efficiency soon.
