The communication is great with the community app, internet built in the wall is the best since my fiancé works from home and I game, property is always looking great, the gate is always working, inside the apartment is beautiful and high tech. Overall I would rate it 9/10

Terrible Experience, Worse Staff
Their employees and managers have no customer service training outside of fake smiles and lying to you to get you out of the office. We were specifically lied to about billing in a major way.
The INTERNET GOES OUT constantly. Multiple times a months for full days and sometimes weekends at a time. They regularly change the trash collection times and schedules.
The apartments are CHEAPLY made and you can feel it from the barely laminated floors to the PAPER THIN WALLS you can hear everything... through.
If you have any other option for where to leave, go there. Outside of the maintenance staff, who are all good people, Prose Evergreen is a DISASTER I would avoid.

This staff management and community are far and away the best of anywhere i have lived. They really work hard to assist in anyway they can. Thank you for all your hard work. IT doesnt go unnoticed!

The staff at Prose has been absolutely amazing with every step of the process. The apartments are very cute and modern with nice appliances. We are happy that we moved here. It's also very close to the schools for the kids, has nightly trash pickup and internet already installed, amenities are good and it feels safe. Highly recommend.
