Very nice community, quite, and feels secured enough. The only issue is that it is not gated. Apartment is nice and functions to my expectations. Office staff is nice and professional. Maintenance is very helpful, strongly recommended to use the app. They reply quite fast, and if you have questions they will answer to you. Security officer always contacts you within 10 minutes approximately. common areas look very nice. I enjoy using the gym, is clean and spacious.

Very nice community. It’s pretty and the sunsets/sunrises, moon is beautiful. I take so many nature shots, I can’t help it! The gym is really well equipped, I absolutely cannot complain, it has almost al the equipment you can think of. Close to great spots and quiet so I can work. Lovely.

The area is very nice and secure even thought it does not have an access gate. The response from maintenance is also good. The one thing I don’t like is that if I want to talk to the staff I have to do voice mail or email and they don’t return my calls and some email. For example I have been waiting since last June for my real estate agent commission and it has not being delivered.
