The staff was very helpful with our move in and orienting us not only with the property but the Pearl District. We only had a one small maintenance issue that was repaired within 24 hours. Great team!

Tintop has great resident events and very friendly and responsive staff. Have really enjoyed the gym and the pool, which are both big and up to date.

I’ve lived here for over a year and a half and have enjoyed my time. The management and staff have been effective, helpful, prompt and professional. They take great care of the property and keep residents informed. I enjoy the amenities and planned events. The building and my apartment are well laid out.

I enjoyed living here, even though my stay was short. The biggest adjustment for me was how early everything closes. I knew the hours before moving in, but I didn’t realize they were going to be so actively enforced. It definitely shows how serious they are about safety, because I always felt secure, especially after the day I got kicked off the rooftop for being there after hours. If you’re someone who can’t follow every lease rule exactly as written, this is probably not the place for you,... because they really do enforce everything. Aside from that, I liked almost everything else. I didn’t use the amenities as much as I expected, since the early rooftop closing times made me less comfortable going out late, but the community events were genuinely fun and well put together. I love it here! The staff is so nice and helpful! The apartment gives such a luxury feel and the location is great. I love that the creamery district in basically in our parking lot and walking distance to the river walk. The community is just great!
