I love living here, it is a great secluded complex with great amenities and friendly staff. I do wish that the mail room was better organized for parcels. Other than that living here has been excellent

Amenities are nice when they work. Need to have better community events like when we moved in, luxury events. The customer service needs improvement. Security is a big issue, rather the lack of it needs to addressed.

Quiet, great amenities, mail room is a little chaotic and could use a luxer package system. The front desk staff are very nice but at times hard to find

I’ve really enjoyed living at Tin Top. The location is hard to beat—right near the Pearl and just a short walk to the River Walk, which makes it perfect for both convenience and leisure. Whether it’s grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying the weekend markets, or taking a peaceful stroll, everything is close by.
The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever something needs attention. My unit is modern, comfortable, and has great natural light. I also appreciate the... quiet, respectful neighbors and the overall peaceful vibe of the community.
If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located apartment in San Antonio, Tin Top is definitely worth checking out.

So far, I’m really enjoying my new apartment — the amenities are great and the space feels thoughtfully designed. I haven’t had any issues personally, but I’ve heard from other residents that there can be delays with maintenance and staff communication. Hoping things stay smooth for me.
