Noise has been constant 2am, 7am - 5pm, weekends, weekdays has been really difficult to get some rest. Size of cabinets and drawers especially is tiny, not standard sizes. Lots of weird measurments and finishes in the cabinetry overall, no soft close cabinets which should be standard in a luxury apartment. Microwave is 6 feet off the ground, W/D doors open the opposite way, front door weighs a ton which feels nice but is also very uncomfortable as it swings shut at the speed of light, few small... everyday inconveniences.

We are THRILLED with our experience so far. It was a big change for Kelly and I to move from our large home of 20 years to a much smaller, yet far more social and thriving area. The staff at Cooopers Row have been fantastic and Janice and team have made us feel right at home. Thank you!

We noticed dent on refrigerator door, another issue on opposite refrigerator door, wall paint & AC unit not cooling, other than that, we love Staff, everything in Apt is beautiful, love area
