Overall, this is a great apartment community. The location is convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever maintenance issues come up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that parking can sometimes be limited, and I wish there were a few more amenities. Other than that, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live!

Great!!! from start (initial tour) to the application process, move-in and beyond. Rachel and the other staff have been nothing short of stellar, going above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. The amenities are great and we are looking forward to our stay here!

I recently moved into Grayson Heights apartments, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience has been, largely thanks to Rachel! From the moment I first inquired about the apartments, Rachel's personable nature shone through. She was welcoming and made me feel right at home even before I moved in.
Her communication skills are top-notch; she always kept me informed throughout the entire process, promptly answering any questions I had and providing detailed information about the... community and its amenities. Rachel's dedication to ensuring a smooth move-in experience was evident, and her friendly demeanor made every interaction enjoyable.
I truly appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile to help me settle in and make the transition as seamless as possible. Rachel is a true gem, and her support has made all the difference in my new home!
