Im so very happy. This is a beautiful place to live. From the ground the dog park coffee bar dillo pool are barbecue Its like living at a resort. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Just cant say enough about this complex.

Although my husband and I moved in yesterday, we’re already loving the neighborhood. The commute to a grocery store or a gas station is so quick! And we are much closer to our jobs, which allows us to wake up a little later. The staff here are also amazing. They were super informative when it came to us picking up our keys and making sure we knew how to make payments properly or put in a maintenance request.

People leave trash at the dumpster all the time without even opening the door to see if it’s full. I was almost sprayed by a skunk there and see rats there. People don’t clean up after their pets either. There is dog poop every where, even on the sidewalks and next to the provided bags and dog waste areas. The dog park is covered in fleas. I can’t even take my dogs there without dealing with fleas for 2 weeks after. I quit taking them 3 years ago. It’s a mess with dog poop as well. I... walk by and see poop all the time. The office and maintenance staff have always been great. I walk a lot and always see drug deals taken place in the parking lot. I just choose to mind my own business because I don’t want anyone messing with my dogs, my vehicles or myself.

While the apartment itself is attractive, the overall living experience has declined significantly. There is frequently pet waste left throughout the property, and the odor of marijuana from neighboring units has become a recurring issue. Despite multiple reports, these concerns have not been adequately addressed. The absence of a visible courtesy officer further contributes to the lack of accountability, and the front office has routinely directed residents to “call the police” rather than... taking action. Unfortunately, these ongoing issues have greatly impacted the quality of life within the community.
