The Tobin estate is our first ever apartment and we love ! I do not regret my decision of being so picky because we landed in a very beautiful, safe and loving community. The staff the people, and the little fur babies walking all around are all very nice. The trail around the apartment complex is very convenient and nice for little runs or even evening walks. We renewed and will be spending another year here

Still a nice apartment complex. Could use some additional maintenance. I would still like to sit outside at the pool and have the TVs operational to watch a baseball game or other event.

If you are used to communal living and want a Resort style living Tobin Estate is the place to be. The property is beautiful. It’s growing so a bit congested but still worth taking a look if you don’t mind sharing space.

Great location! Love the neutral paint, cabinets, flooring and the stainless steel appliances in the apartment. Great amenities! The attached garage for the 3 bedroom is so spacious for storage as well as parking a vehicle.
