The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked to see many different options of floor plans and Alyssa was so patient and willing to help find me the best fit. Lease signing was smooth and I was able to move in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean upon move in and maintenance was able to come out right away as I had a concern and called me to discuss everything.

Polite staff and nice amenities, though some outdoor things like the foosball table need maintenance. Apartment activities seem pretty regular.

Some of my favorite amenities include the huge resident lounge, perfect for co-working, studying, meetings, or just relaxing with a book on the couch for a change of scenery. They plan monthly events and have a variety of food trucks come by. There’s also a rooftop terrace, a beautiful pool that’s always clean (with a second salt water pool under construction in Phase 3), and a trail surrounding the property that’s shaded and great for walks. I also love the well-maintained hammocks, the amazing... 24/7 gym (complete with an outdoor CrossFit setup!), the self-serve pet grooming stations, and the bark park. There’s truly so much to enjoy here!

Overall, The Tobin Estates is a beautiful community with incredible amenities, a fantastic team, and an unbeatable location. I truly enjoy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury yet comfortable place to call home.
