My experience living here has been most pleasant. I love everything about this community. The only issue is not enough noise barriers with living on ground level. The stomping from above is very disturbing. Other than that I love my space!

We absolutely love the community area. It’s such a relaxing setting in the middle of such a large and busy city. The trees are everything! They give such a beautiful atmosphere and feeling as you walk through the community. It’s so peaceful and tranquil.

We will like that the employees be more empathetic. Take care of what is important and no ignore the residents concerns.
We care about the community and sometimes we feel that we are bothering the staff.

Living at The Tobin Estate has been a wonderful experience. It's peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of high-end amenities like a well-equipped gym, resort-style pool, and cozy co-working spaces. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is prompt, and the gated access adds a sense of security. The location is ideal: quiet yet close to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it's a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to call home.
