I believe that the Tobin Estate has the most beautiful natural property of any apartment complex in San Antonio. It's the reason I'm here. Maintenance on the property is regular and well done, though attention to finishes for repair work needs a lot of improvement.
The reason for the three stars is that there is no monitoring or security of the pool, which is active at least six months of the year. The pool is unique and stunning. Trespassers with groups of 25 of more invade, creating... complete mayhem in the community and often until after midnight. Pools rules state 2 guests per resident however failure to enforce 1) are the people even residents and 2) number of guests, is as ignored as my requests for this to be addressed.

I tell all my friends who are in process of relocating about the Tobin Estates, the community is quiet, organized, residents are very professional, and best of all LOTS of dogs. It’s refreshing to see such an excellent community and essentially neighborhood type feel in an apartment complex. Most of which is attributed to the amazing staff that maintain top communication and effective management of the grounds and facility. I truly have very few to no complaints if any.

Been here now for 1 year completely enjoy the complex the grounds the walking trail the exercise equipment Great place to live. I also enjoy the security that they have the gates are locked and every much is pretty much friendly in the community also they have a great office that you can work at and you know first rate all the way.
