The staff here was so helpful and friendly! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and showed us around the beautiful property. Looking forward to making this my home!

Do not move here !!!! They try to make the apartment look nice on the outside but it is really cheap. Found out it used to be section A housing and there is nothing wrong with that but you can tell they did a paint job to try and cover all of the gross infestations and stuff they should have fixed. The counter tops in the kitchen are painted, over never seen that & with cheap paint that peels off and there is roach poop everywhere. You’ll find it in your dishes and every crack of your place, as... soon as you turn on the lights you’ll see them roaming everywhere. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP!!! Roaches are everywhere. EVERYWHERE! No matter how much they spray. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, the roaches have taken over this complex. I have had conversations with several neighbors and the roach infestation is throughout the entire complex. I tried to get my own exterminator that I was willing to pay. But because it's an apartment complex, I was told they cannot come treat it. Sendero's management and Greystar don't care at all. They want the rent... payment every month but don't care if their tenants are living with roaches. We pay an extra fee every month for pest control that isn't controlling them. I have never, ever looked forward to moving...until now. The end of my lease cannot come fast enough! Again, don't move here, don't stop by and tour. Go look at a nice apartment.
