Although the leasing office team is very professional, it would help if they would return emails and voicemails left for calls about questions or concerns I’ve had in the past. It almost seems like they’re only ever interested in reaching out to residents if it’s regarding a lease renewal or something about pricing/payment. When I first moved in, I would get immediate responses to emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions or concerns I had. However, I feel like now it’s impossible to get... through to them because they are so busy and they seem very short staffed compared to when I first moved in November 2024. I’ve been starting to wonder if this has something to do with Greystar management themselves cutting back on staffing here and moving personnel to other properties.

I toured this property on a Sunday due to my work schedule, it’s extremely helpful that they’re open 7 days a week. My leasing process was fast easy and simple, Cynthia at the leasing office is so nice and very helpful! The apartments are near lots of restaurants and bars and located in a great area. I rented an A2 apartment and it is very spacious, I would highly recommend it!
