Such a peaceful and relaxing environment it feels while touring! It sounded like such a huge convenience being able to just walk over to the trash shoot at the end of the hallway to take out the trash.

It is a great community. I love the amenities that are included. Such as the coffee lounge. It is a great place to get some work done in homework. Love the industrial look.

Inspire provides ideal downtown living if you want to be truly downtown. Rent remains competitive with new construction going on, and it is only a 30 minute or so walk to the Pearl District which is not bad except during the hottest 3 months of the year.
