This apartment is very beautiful place to live. The rooms are spacious and full of light. The leasing staff, especially Destiny helped in smooth move-in process. The maintenance team here is very good. They are quick and prompt in fixing any issues. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great property , close to everything, schools, shopping, restaurants ect... this is also a safe property with a police sub station 200 yards away from the property, the security gate stays closed so you have a feeling of being in a safe environment. I would recommend this property to anyone, I been here about 6 years. The residents are respectful and it is a quiet property. Great place to live.

Boardwalk Walk Research always exceeds expectation in professionalism and timeliness of handling issues that may come up from time to time. Management is always there to handle anything that comes up. Mantianance staff is very courteous, professional and timely. They keep the property well kept, the security gate is always closed, they have a security company make rounds around the property, it's a safe property to live in.
