It was my first move and was very confused and nervous about everything but Joanna/Jada broke everything down very well. The apartment’s amenities are very nice specifically the dillo 24/7 convenience store and the 24/7 pool/lounge room

Beautiful Community

Lovely Community & Fantastic Staff
I moved into the Arthouse in March and was initially drawn to the community here because of the authenticity of Joanna, one of the leasing agents. The community felt lived in and more like a home than any of the other complexes I visited. The space itself has an attractive open layout and the natural lighting in my unit is amazing. I love the shared spaces (ie. gym, pool, etc..) a lot and seem to use them often. The building is the newest one on the block here in Southtown which is big plus.... Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new home close to a vibrant youthful downtown area.
