In general I’d say it’s a great place to live with the family , if I’d have little children id not be living there , there’s not so much to do.

I’ve had a great experience living at Arbolada - The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, and the front office, maintenance and management staff are very responsive and friendly. My unit is quiet, modern, and I really enjoy having the attached garage.

Arbolada was exactly what I was looking for - a complex where young professionals can find a mixture of serenity peace and nature with a modern well established complex.

Maintenance crew were great! Very impressed with their professionalism and prompt resolution. Great guys!

I don’t find the manager, Leylah, assistant manager, Lorena and leasing person, Janice competent as communication and follow through with simple things requested is terrible. There seems to be a lack of understanding of what is being conveyed with the assistant manager and Janice as I have had to repeat simple things for their clarity. The manager, Leylah has a hands-off, Laissez-faire leadership style and allows her staff to make decisions and avoids direct involvement with the tenants. When I... have talked with her, I feel like I’m an imposition to her time as she always seems to be rushed for time or in a meeting, and always states that I don’t need to speak with her, I can speak with any of her staff because the are capable of helping me. This is not true and I have a lack faith in their ability to help me hence I had to call corporate to get help. I could go on with all the smart home issues but I will end with this. Why would I even consider to release when I could lease somewhere within the vicinity and pay rent that is $300 less? Or better yet, buy a home that’s mine without having all the hassles of dealing with rules, fines, texts galore, and incompetent staff. Read More
