From day one, the staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive, always making sure residents feel at home.
The layout of our home is spacious and comfortable, and having a private backyard has been such a bonus. The community is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping that gives a peaceful, clean feel when walking around.
Another huge plus is the convenient location—everything we need is just a short drive away, from grocery stores to dining and shopping options.
I absolutely... recommend Altura Luxury Rentals to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept, and welcoming place to live. It truly feels like home!

Since I have lived here it feels like a entire new life has started for me. I am now ten minutes from work instead of a hour in traffic, plus I have a yard for my dogs to play in. Which saves me time from having to walk them to a tiny dog park that my apartments use to have. The homes themselves are perfect for rentals and the service supervisor has been so helpful. He helped me set up my washers and dryers and for that I am forever grateful, LOL! Cassie made my process smooth, even with all the... bumps that come with being a brand new community I really felt like she was there for me and my kids. So far so good and it has been about a month living here. I will update if needed, but do not think I will need to.

Literally perfect
I moved in and it has been everything I want and more! My house is beautiful and I don't have to worry about any kind of maintenance literally AT ALL. Clarissa and Cassie have been incredible and their maintenance guy has been amazing as well! Just need the amenities to be finished and I am going to never leave! Lol. But seriously, it's amazing here
