Since I have lived here it feels like a entire new life has started for me. I am now ten minutes from work instead of a hour in traffic, plus I have a yard for my dogs to play in. Which saves me time from having to walk them to a tiny dog park that my apartments use to have. The homes themselves are perfect for rentals and the service supervisor has been so helpful. He helped me set up my washers and dryers and for that I am forever grateful, LOL! Cassie made my process smooth, even with all the... bumps that come with being a brand new community I really felt like she was there for me and my kids. So far so good and it has been about a month living here. I will update if needed, but do not think I will need to.

Literally perfect
I moved in and it has been everything I want and more! My house is beautiful and I don't have to worry about any kind of maintenance literally AT ALL. Clarissa and Cassie have been incredible and their maintenance guy has been amazing as well! Just need the amenities to be finished and I am going to never leave! Lol. But seriously, it's amazing here

Altura Feels Like Home Thanks to an Amazing Team!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Altura! Cassie was incredible during the leasing process—super helpful, easy to talk to, and truly made me feel like a valued future resident from day one. She took the stress out of apartment hunting and helped me find a place that really suits my needs.
Since moving in, Clarissa has been wonderful in helping me with anything I’ve needed. Whether it was a quick question or a concern about my unit, she’s always been kind, responsive, and... solutions-focused. It’s clear the team at Altura cares about their residents, and that makes all the difference. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

Can’t wait to move in
I have been a renter for years and years now and after a while, they all become the same as the last. I can’t begin to say how genuinely excited I am for these! To have all the amenities and maintenance taken care of, on top of getting a house?! I could not sign up quick enough. The girls in the office made it so easy and exciting. Can’t wait!
