The community is amazing! The front office staff is always so kind and helpful. A special honorable mention to Jamecca, she has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout this entire process. Even after two weeks of living here, she is still answering all of my questions and has been just as kind and welcoming as she was on day one. I truly appreciate her and everyone who has made this feel like such a wonderful place to call home! ??

We have had a great experience at Yardley Stoneridge. The office staff has always been available and supportive. The maintenance team has always gone above and beyond to take care of anything that has come up. We are grateful to have found a safe place to live during this time.

I have lived in a lot of places but I have not seen a community this good. Clean quiet and well organized maintenance is on point the stuff are friendly and quite honestly I just referred a friend from out of state and now is a happy tenant in his first month in. I will continue to spread the word

Yardly is a quiet community in a beautiful part of the DFW area, and honestly does have a world class staff. From the application process to now, as I come to the end of my lease I’ve had very few issues. James(no longer with the community) and Jameca are the epitome of excellence, helpful, informative, empathetic, etc.individuals. I will be moving only because I got married this summer and we’re having a home built.

While I could complain about the spider problem, I won’t because while they... are numerous outside, within the past year, I can honestly say I have only seen two inside. I just keep my porch and door frames sprayed.

The man that sprays for bugs in my yard doesn’t really spray the area, he sprayed inside last summer and didn’t spray hardly spray anywhere, you may have a new company now. I found a giant wolf spider in my pantry yesterday.
