The entire leasing office staff is amazing! Easy to approach and so understanding. Always going the extra mile to make sure the residents are taken care of. They have worked so hard at remodeling the entire property and have done a great job at doing so.

4 Corners Apartments is a pet-friendly community with a lot of green space and dog parks. This is a very friendly community. They do need more trash cans and a 7-day-a-week porter due to many kids who discard their trash.

4corners was good in my 1-3years, but constant changes of management, repairs, lack of communications [not answering phones] and quick response to maintenance requests makes it less attractive place to live.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. I agree as the previous changes lead to some delays and confusion, but I am happy to share that Greystar is here to stay. Following the last transition there was a large backlog of service requests,... however, I hope you have seen the improvement to that of recent, as we have fully caught up on the request. I feel your concern are accurate, and just hope we have the opportunity in the future to change your mind with the improvements and progress that has been made.
