It's been great and amazing living here. So quiet and peaceful. Love the friendly office staff and affordable prices. The townhomes are the best and newest around that are ina reasonable price. Our home had been the best year ever of new and improved technology with smart locks and apps for garages

I can't express how satisfied I am living at Marlow in Denton. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. The amenities are top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to meet and supply my every need. And the location is within five minutes of the loop. I couldn't have asked or found a better place to live. Love it here.
