This property has steadily declined and no longer reflects the standards, value, or level of service it once promised.
Over time, many of the amenities and services used to justify the community fee have been reduced or neglected altogether, while the fee itself has remained unchanged. Concierge service is no longer 24 hours, despite being a major selling point, and is inconsistent even during its limited availability. Security feels more like a concept than a priority. There is little to no... lighting at night near the dog park, gates frequently malfunction, and the reduced concierge presence further diminishes any real sense of safety.
Cleanliness and maintenance are persistent issues. Common areas are consistently unclean, including the stairwell leading to the dog park, which has not been properly maintained or sanitized for well over a year. The dog park itself receives minimal attention beyond basic waste pickup, with no evidence of routine cleaning or sanitation. Routine pest control and preventative maintenance also appear inconsistent, including basic air filter checks (I have lived here almost two years and have not seen pest control nor has the air filters been replaced outside of my spending extra money to replace them myself).
Several amenities have quietly disappeared or deteriorated without any adjustment to pricing. Rent payments are no longer reported to credit bureaus, food trucks no longer visit the community, hallways often have unpleasant odors, and residents are frequently charged additional fees that feel excessive. This includes package locker charges and being billed for items not actually located in the Luxer box. Even advertised amenities such as the golf simulator room appear to be missing equipment and the printer and computer in the office rarely works.
For the rent being charged, the level of service and maintenance is disappointing. I have experienced more responsive and reliable maintenance in significantly less expensive communities. At this point, the property relies heavily on its location while consistently falling short on execution, upkeep, and follow-through. What was marketed as a luxury community now feels overpriced and underwhelming, promising far more than it consistently delivers.

Living here for 2 years.
It really does upset me that I’m having to write this review, but I want to be fair and honest. I’ve lived at Chelsea Museum Apartments for some time, and while Allie in the office has always been fantastic, the overall experience under new management has really gone downhill.
There’s almost always something broken or in need of maintenance—whether it’s the garage door, the elevator, or certain fob entrances. For example, my in-unit washer was broken for almost two and a half weeks. They did... give me a $100 credit for laundry services, which I appreciate, but it’s still frustrating to have to rely on that when I’m paying for an apartment that’s supposed to include a working washer and dryer.
Additionally, they advertise electric car chargers, but most of them have been out of service for almost the entire year. It’s first-come, first-served, and if you get to charge your car once a month, you’re lucky.
In short, while there are good people here, the building itself has been failing more often than not lately. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes some real improvements.

I have lived at this complex for a year and a half and its a great place to live. Allie who works up front helped me get into a wonderful unit and Terrance is the best maintenance manager at any complex. Would reccommend!

I had a great experience moving in and, while I have not been her long, I have enjoyed my time here so far. The facilities are well-maintained and I'm not sure if I can't hear my neighbors or if I don't have any yet.
