I love living at Avana Eldridge because the landscaping is always kept up. The community has great lighting in the parking lot at night. The swimming pool is always clean. I’ve lived at Avana Eldridge for a little over three years now, and it has truly felt like home. One of the things I love most is the cozy, unique aesthetic of the community. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, and it’s clear that many of the families here take pride in where they live. I really enjoy seeing people comfortable enough to take walks around the complex with their families and friends, it creates such a warm and respectful neighborhood feel.

The amenities are well maintained... and always look nice. The maintenance team does an excellent job caring for the landscaping and overall property. After the recent storms, any damages were repaired promptly, which I really appreciated. Even right outside my apartment, plants that were damaged during the freeze were quickly removed and cleared out, keeping everything looking clean and cared for.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and plan to renew my lease for a bigger unit when it’s up. That alone speaks to how satisfied I’ve been living at Avana Eldridge. This is an excellent place to call home, whether you are just getting started or elderly settled. You can get to know your neighbors and can ask them for help and offer help.

1) Staff is unprofessional, unethical and unresponsive. During move in they will make you feel like kind and then like trash. I have highlighted the issue to the management but they never took any step on it, which they promised.

2) Construction is old/very bad, not sure which, because I wake up daily at 5am just because resident on the floor above starts walking. The footstep noise is sooooo bad, I cannot stress more on that.

3) Service request are closed without anything done (some of them)... .
