My experience has been fair. Could be better. Could be much better. Inconsistent provision of services to residents. Have had a water leak in a common area between buildings for over two months. Still waiting for that to be addressed. Trash concierge has been inconsistent the past month, but services are still regularly charged for. It is as if we pay for things that we only sometimes get. The rent, however, consistently goes up, but with no reciprocation of services or features. In essence, you... continually get charged more and more for less and less.

I am very pleased with Las Palmas management, office staff members and maintenance!!! it will be two years on February 12, 2026, that I have been residing in the community and will be renewing my lease to continue residing at Las Palmas Apartments!!!
