I love it here and any breed of dog can stay long as you keep him on a leash and pick up after your pet they keep their grounds cleaned and spread as well and the maintenance man, they have they do their job and they get it done the same day. The rent is way too high. Being retired and on limited income, it's a strain every month to pay my bills. Can't afford to move any where else. I like living here, but please do not increase the rent any more! Also, please tell the tenants about their barking dogs! Some just let them bark and bark without trying to control them. Even after 10 o'clock and night.

Love the community, location, rent rates, and the availability of units with both a yard and attached garage. My neighbors are pretty quiet; most folks keep to themselves or are friendly. Since it's a dog-centered community, dogs bark during daytime hours but no one seems to mind much, which is a relief as a dog owner. The management and maintenance are responsive, and there's a gorgeous nature preserve next door to walk my dogs to.
Unfortunately my unit was a mess when I moved in, and... newly-rennovated cabinetry and drawers were hung and installed crooked, and there are paint splatters and drips in every room on the floor. It's also clear there was water damage in a few places in this unit that went unrepaired before the unit was repainted.
