I have been without air conditioning for 8+ days with little or no progress. Main pool didn’t open first week of July. It was shutdown the first week of August . Second pool was shut down during the hottest time of the year. Maintenance tickets take months to resolve. Air conditioning failure was cause a maintenance employee not a contractor.

I absolutely love the management team, front office staff, and the maintenance team at Dane Park. Lamar, in particular, is an outstanding communicator. He keeps residents updated, addresses concerns promptly, and completes maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend Dane Park to anyone looking for a place to call home. I feel comfortable, at ease, and, most importantly, safe living here. The staff truly cares about their residents, and it shows in the excellent service they... provide. - Jackie

Don't recommend living here unless you like mold, break ins and bad maintenance.

The facilities are taken care of by a team who ACTUALLY CARES. They take good care of my family and our needs and that is SO important when choosing a place to live. I’ve lived here almost a year now.
