I love the location, one block from the beach, the Walmart and the Randalls. Green's Bayou is right behind the complex and has a view of which I never get tired. The entire grounds is a bird lover's paradise, every kind of bird live here including a variety of waterfowl on the bayou. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of seagulls. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment maintenance, when requested, is fast and efficient.

Moving to Village by the Sea changed my life. At my previous location, I struggled with maintenance issues and landlord attitude. Now I pay less and get more! I immediately made new friends, too. I have been here 6 months and plan to stay for a long time. Life here has been just lovely. Thank you Village!

Village by the Sea was initially a great community to live in. After the aquisition by grey star, multiple ameneties have been negelected or outright removed.

Village by the Sea is a great community to be in. Very calm and easy going. Management is always available. Problems are solved fast. The neighbors are nice people. We are new to the complex. We moved in September 2024. I will not go anywhere.
