Best customer service and maintenance response. Issues resolved within the next day, less than 24hours even when reported on the weekend. Beautiful landscaping and safe property.

The most attentive, friendly staff and the most pleasant property I have ever resided in. I have lived all over the world and Village by the Sea, in Galveston is truly one of the best multi-fanily properties I've had the pleasure of being in. The US Navy and my professional sailing/yacht delivery career has taken me to distant places and I can truly say I'm very happy ?? here.

I love the location, one block from the beach, the Walmart and the Randalls.
Green's Bayou is right behind the complex and has a view of which I never get tired. The entire grounds is a bird lover's paradise, every kind of bird live here including a variety of waterfowl on the bayou. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of seagulls. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment maintenance, when requested, is fast and efficient.

Moving to Village by the Sea changed my life. At my previous location, I struggled with maintenance issues and landlord attitude. Now I pay less and get more! I immediately made new friends, too. I have been here 6 months and plan to stay for a long time. Life here has been just lovely. Thank you Village!
