Village by the Sea is a great place to live. We came from New York with the idea of staying 1 year and we are going on the 2nd year. Management care and try their best. The maintenance team works hard. Together they make the place an Oasis in Galveston.

Living at Village by the Sea has been an amazing experience. The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. The staff is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. The location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need for daily life. My apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Galveston.

Really conveniently located sandwiched between a Walmart and a grocery store. Great access to seawall as well and area is pretty clean and quiet

I have lived at VBTS for 10 months now. I love the location so close to the Gulf, food and shopping! VBTS is centrally located for these things plus easy access from 45 and to 45 for travel. I also enjoy the inlet from the Bay where I enjoy free fishing! The first time I was here, in 2021-2022 [my husband passed away...I had to leave...no income from husband til January of '23.]....there was a pier for fishing that could be used! It was not replaced when it grew weathered and old.
