This is the first time in 15 years I have had less than positive things to say about living here. Unfortunately, it's taking way too long for service to be done. I've lived here for 15 years and the front staff has remained excellent. However the new managments cut back on the maintenance staff is clearly poorly affecting the quality of living here. What maintenance we do have is excellent but not enough people.

I cannot speak favorably of PAB at this time. I love my apartment and the commute is great, but the emotional and psychological stress I have been under overwhelms my desire to stay.

I've been living here for a few months and I absolutely love it here! It's peaceful, the maintenance workers are fast, and the leasing office staff communicate well. I'm happy to call this community home.
