All we have are good words for this apartment! We moved here last August and so far the admin staff and especially their maintenance team are very responsive to our concerns and service requests. Shoutout to Franklin their maintenance guy and Richelle their admin staff. Thank you guys!

This property and management lacks any sophistication and has been poor towards its tenants. Last year, (prior to the new management company) staff were friendly, issues were resolved, and tenants came first. This year, there is disregard for policy, poor staff, and a-holes working up top. Will be taking business elsewhere next year.
