By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The management team is incredible—something I never expected to say—and the amenities exceed expectations. Sitting by the fire pit with a view of the Fort Worth skyline next to the infinity pool is hard to beat. I honestly have no complaints.

We enjoy the location of The Braden on Fifth. It is very convenient to The Museum District and to many restaurants and shopping. It is a very nice complex and the management tries to foster "getting to know your neighbor" functions but they are not well attended. I find the maintenance inconsistent. Sometimes the grounds are picked up and sometimes not. The planting really needs improvement. When we first looked at the units in mid 2023 before moving in, the grounds and planting were in... excellent condition. Things have gone downhill since, especially around the swimming pool area.

No AC in summer
I had no air conditioning in my apartment for ONE WEEK in the middle of summer. There was no communication this entire time. I had to find places to stay that entire week because it was so miserable!! The apartment is doing nothing to discount rent. Horrible customer service.

Thank you for your review, while it's super unfortunate to have an A/C emergency in the Texas heat, it happens occasionally. Our team responded and charged the unit several times to keep things comfortable while waiting on the new unit to be rushed.... It was then installed within an hour of its delivery to the property. We do apologize for the inconvenience of a situation beyond our control, but we corrected the situation as efficiently as possible.
