The entire complex is consistently clean, well-maintained, and clearly taken care of.
Location-wise, it really doesn’t get better. Everything I need is conveniently close by, making day-to-day life... easy and stress-free.

We checked out 30 different apartments before this one and by far the best one it was very difficult to find a apartment with 3 animals but fortnanlty we had a esa and all there shots. So just talk to them and see what they can do.management is verry helpfull couple people from management given me there personal #'s for problems or emergencies, if. You have a problem they handle it with urgency. If ypu just moved they do regularly community meeting,raffles, get together especially during... holidays,free coffee in the morning 10/10 so far im so excited to be in my new home.

Extremely disappointing
My experience at Encore Panther Island ended on an extremely disappointing note due to the way the community management staff handled my move-out process. After returning my access fob in the same fully functional condition in which it was issued to me, I was suddenly told it was “broken” — with no explanation, no inspection notes, no photos, and no documentation at all to support this claim.
Despite the fact that the fob worked perfectly on the day I turned it in, management added a $75 charge... to my account without providing any evidence that the alleged damage happened while it was in my possession. When I asked for documentation — including move-in condition records, proof of damage, and the written policy on how fobs are inspected — none was provided. The entire process felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional.
It’s frustrating to end a lease only to deal with unexplained fees and a lack of transparency from the staff. Residents deserve clear communication, proper documentation, and fair treatment — none of which I experienced in this situation. I expected better from a property that presents itself as a high-standard community.
I hope management improves their accountability and communication with residents, because the current approach creates unnecessary stress and leaves a bad impression on what should have been a smooth move-out experience.

Great Apartments
I’ve lived here for about 4 months now. Great location, great management, nice people. Anjela took care of us from the apartment tour to lease signing and is very helpful and friendly!
