The only good thing I have to say about this apartment community is that the Maintenance team is exceptional.

I would not recommend living at this community if you value your health. The management does not. Nor does the management give concern to tenants needs if they are inconvenient to management. I have several other tenant friends here that have reported disregard from the management for their needs. If you rent this unit, you will be signing an acknowledgment of its history of flood damage. Do not rent this unit.
