I have lived here for a year. The few times I have called maintenance; they have been very quick and efficient. They keep everything in great shape and treat you like family.

I have lived here for 2+ years and have always had a pleasant experience with the leasing office staff and maintenance team. They’re attentive, friendly, and helpful. I’m so glad I found this property.

I have been here 11yrs in the same apartment and I would recommend it to anyone. There has been many management teams. The current staff is amazing and Taline & Helena are superb. I would not want to live anywhere else. Activities to socialize and safety is a high priority. Efficiency with knowledge & caring concern is their management team. Maintenance is available to all.

So far I am so happy living here. The apartment is really nice, always the maintenance guys fixed all issues pretty fast. The people at the office are kind and helpful always. I renewed for another year.

DO NOT LIVE HERE- it’s as simple as that. unless you want to be robbed from money and safety, and have a management team that doesn’t care about you and just wants money.
they will promise you a unit with certain features, then put you in a completely different one and charge you the same price.
they will leave all gates open and easy to access so anyone can come in. (there have been SWAT raids, meth busts, and gun point robberies).
they will let their maintenance team enter an occupied unit... with no notice, and not leave even after noticing it’s not vacant (we were in shower, and he still wouldn’t leave)
they will make you pay a “pet DEPOSIT” (key word there), but won’t return it upon move out, and make you pay full price for what it’s supposed to cover.
genuinely a horrible place that just wants your money.
