Stains all over the carpets from the garbage pick up. The halls smell. You aren’t given a fob. Only access to doors is through your phone. App has issues constantly. Garage doors are always broken and left open. My car has been broken into 3 times. Apartment complex does nothing about it. They will put notes on your door threatening to take your dog to the pound for barking. The pool area is never cleaned and has a weird color. They never do walk throughs or if they do they just don’t care about... the place being clean. I’ve seen roaches in the halls several times. Dog poop in the elevator and halls. I’ve heard that some people have nat issues. We used to have bikes for the trail. Those are gone. The list goes on and on! Pictures attached.

Immoral property
Do not stay here, definitely not worth it. This is an immoral property that will add hidden charges just to take more of your money. My move out day was September 1st, one day into September and they decided to charge me an entire month of community charges. They also have a major trash issue that is disgusting. I wish they had a place to attached a picture or video. I do not recommend at all!

You only want to live here if you don't need to sleep!
They have 7 giant metal trash containers in front of the apartment that get picked up several times a week, most of the time around 6-something AM, but they also have occasionally shown up at 1:30AM and 4:30AM. The empty containers are literally dropped onto the street by the trucks, with an unbelievable level of noise ... making you stand in your bed upright. The worst experience!

I LOVE living at The Lookout!
I think in the past, there were previous managers who were poor at communication, did not take care of facilities, or even care to help residents... I can firmly say that each of the office staff team care so much to help everyone. They respond to requests and concerns quickly. There are several ongoing projects that they have been working for to improve our community. I love our neighbors and I love being in such a sweet spot in the neighborhood. It has been such a great experience here! It's... the best place my husband and I have ever lived.
