Lived here for a while now. The front office never picks up the phone, returns voicemails, or replies to emails. You have to go in person, multiple times, to get questions answered or help with maintenance. I still haven't received a key fob to enter the buildings after living here for half a year. The worst apartment I’ve ever leased. Our power went out 4 different times within our 12 month lease because the main breaker was faulty. Each time we had to wait a few hours to have someone unlock the breaker room just to turn it back on. July 8th our AC went out overnight, we submitted an emergency request next morning and we waited until July 15th for parts. They claimed it was fixed, but by the next day it wasn’t working again. Waited again for parts until July 23rd and it was finally... repaired. 15-16 days we had no AC, the apartment was consistently 85-100. Only thing they provided was a window unit taped together that barely cooled 1 bedroom to 85 & there are 2 bedrooms. During this time it was 90-105 outside. We could hardly sleep, i developed a severe heat rash due to how long we were without ac. There was absolutely NO sense of urgency throughout this whole situation. There is someone above me that is so loud and slides the 'PATIO' door to scream on his speaker phone. He does not adhere tio Plano's quiet time.

The trash situation seems to be an issue on the weekends. It smells so bad, and the trash is stacked up. i feel bad for the guys that have to deal with it on Monday.

For weeks, I have asked about the work that was supposed to be done in my unit. The closet is missing a shelf, which I went and bought myself from Home Depot, and when they changed the light fixture in the bathroom they were supposed to come and paint, but never showed up. The Building 2 Callbox Entry remains offline. Not to mention the piled up garbage in the trash rooms on each floor. Otherwise, I am happy with my choice to move to the property.

I like the apartment location, hate that we have so many homeless. I also would love to see the hallways clean. The maintenance on the halls are extremely filthy.
