For weeks, I have asked about the work that was supposed to be done in my unit. The closet is missing a shelf, which I went and bought myself from Home Depot, and when they changed the light fixture in the bathroom they were supposed to come and paint, but never showed up. The Building 2 Callbox Entry remains offline. Not to mention the piled up garbage in the trash rooms on each floor. Otherwise, I am happy with my choice to move to the property.

I like the apartment location, hate that we have so many homeless. I also would love to see the hallways clean. The maintenance on the halls are extremely filthy.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years at this point I’ve had my car broken into in the parking garage twice I’ve woken up to the Plano forensic team in the parking garage and half of the security doesn’t work as it is intended on top of the fact that I now cannot pay my rent online which is a significant inconvenience especially with my working hours and the last management team we had decided it would be a great idea to install liftmaster capxl’s on the “important doors” only to have the camera... which was the whole purpose behind them paying for the change out pointing at the wall add cameras and bring back online rent payment and we would be alright

Poor response time to maintenance requests and unprofessional behavior from maintenance workers. For two of the four requests, I was given the tools to do the maintenance myself.
