Pro: It's location Cons: -Management ID swapped out every lease it seems -The office belittle you for asking questions and then mocks you to your face or on the phone. -if you put a apt order in, it'll often be ignored but completed when you check status -They have reviews deleted to create an illusion of "Luxury apts" - Homeless people roam the halls and sleep inside storage units with or without gates working (they're often broken) -The front office will wait out your request and just will... never do it or address it again
I love the location but that's about it sadly, it just keeps getting worse and no one cares about anything. It's just sad... 1st time seeing rats here. (Nov. 2025)

• Maintenance Requests: Our maintenance team has been proactively closing work orders in a timely manner, and detailed notes are always left behind so residents are aware of work completed and any next steps.
• Gate & Safety: The gates have been fully operational for some time now, and we continue to monitor them to ensure they remain functioning. Resident safety is a priority, and we address any concerns regarding unauthorized individuals promptly.
• Pest Concerns: We took immediate action the moment pest activity was reported, and we will continue to work closely with pest control to ensure this issue is fully resolved.
• Reviews: We do not delete reviews. We encourage transparency and honest feedback, as it allows us to improve and better serve our community.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT
Roach infested. Dirty all over. Smells like weed. Trash always overflowing. No Parking. Cars keep getting broke into. Front office is clueless about anything going on. Dog crap all over the place. Gates are always broken. Don't waste your time.

Read me before leasing
1. INFESTATION: gnat infestation, 100s of bugs a day. Everywhere in every room!
2. SECURITY: high crime area, break ins common. We were Low priority as it is high crime area.
3. MAINTENANCE: A/C unit was screeching so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. It was “fixed” by maintenance by placing a large rock on the top grate of the A/c to minimize the rattling. Management said other tenants have bigger issues than a screeching A/c unit right outside my window.
4. Move out: We professionally... cleaned prior to move out. Weeks later after move out we got called about added cleaning fees.

However, I'm... happy to say that the current residents, who live in your previous unit, are in a newly renovated home and are not experiencing any issues. Also, please know that our standard cleaning fees are mentioned in the lease, and charged to every resident at moveout. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors! The lie and then they sell the place
They don't care about the tenants. The quality has constantly been going down. The fire alarms are incessant, always going. They only enforce some of the rules and they let two or three families live in the 3 bedroom apartments. The pool is always crowded with a ton of kids who are not supervised and the mail room has one boarded entrance. They have not redone the landscape since the freeze and there is litter everywhere. One of the garages is falling apart and constantly creaks. BEWARE.
